Community Highlights 👀
In the past week, 3️⃣ new members have joined ONE OF US 👁️🗨️
We now have a total of 4️⃣1️⃣ members from 9️⃣ countries and 1️⃣8️⃣ nationalities
On Monday we had a chat with Stobox, a turn-key tokenization service provider to better understand the mechanics behind their asset tokenization platform
They provided us with information and best-practice suggestions regarding legal structures and incorporation options in different jurisdictions
On Wednesday we had a call with our members Peter, Rama, Edbert and the founders of Beluna and Nebula co-working spaces to explore the idea of collectively investing in private office spaces in Bali 🇮🇩
This is an idea that was presented by Peter a few weeks ago which we’ve started discussing in more detail
On the same day we had a call with Legal Nodes, a company providing bespoke legal solutions for Web3 startups
Following our conversation, we decided to redirect our focus to well-established law firms in jurisdictions which we’re interested in establishing our entity
On Thursday, we sent out the 2nd edition of “The Paperboy” in which we’ve dived into Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) - We’re curious to hear your feedback!
On Friday we had a call with Origami, a US-based DAO accelerator launched by Y-combinator alumni
We presented our vision, exchanged ideas and agreed to keep in touch
On the same day, we had a chat with our members Tugrul, Alex Carvalho and Alex Levin
We shared 1OU’s structure in more detail and discussed our roadmap for the coming months
We also had a call with Creatrust, a leading legal firm in Luxembourg providing incorporation, advisory and administration services
Following our discussion, we understood that Luxembourg’s legal setup options did not fit our needs, and we have crossed it off our list

Ambar is leading our merch strategy and designs
First official 1OU merch will be given during our Dinner Table event in Jakarta later this month
For the coming week, we set up calls with two legal firms in the US to explore our options in terms of incorporation
We’re meeting the founders of RET in Jakarta, the first Indonesian blockchain project focused on democratizing real estate utility and investments using blockchain technology
We’re doing 1:1 onboarding calls with each new member to share our vision, structure and for us to better understand how we can elevate each others’ goals
